Payment Policy

Important Payment Information

All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new orders.

1. Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to start any project. This secures your slot in our development queue and initiates the project planning phase.

2. Setup Fee

30% of the total project cost is non-refundable and serves as a setup fee for slot booking and initial resource allocation.

3. Refund Policy

The remaining 20% is refundable ONLY if the project is cancelled within 7 days of payment and NO work has been started. After 7 days or once work begins, all payments become non-refundable.

4. Milestone Payments

For projects exceeding PKR 200,000, we follow a 30-30-40 payment structure:

  • • 30% advance to start
  • • 30% upon design approval
  • • 40% upon project completion

Our services maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice for security or critical infrastructure issues.

24-Hour Delivery Guarantee

Our AI-powered services are designed for rapid deployment, but require active client participation to meet delivery timelines.

1. Content Requirements

Critical Timeline Requirement:

Clients MUST provide all required content (logo, text, images) within 6 hours of order confirmation to guarantee 24-hour delivery.

Failure to provide content within the specified timeframe will result in delivery delays. We will use placeholder content to meet deadlines if client content is not provided.

2. AI-Generated Content Scope

AI-powered services provide initial draft websites based on industry best practices and templates. These are designed as starting points and include:

  • • Professionally designed layouts
  • • Industry-appropriate color schemes
  • • Responsive mobile-friendly design
  • • Basic SEO optimization
  • • Standard navigation and structure

3. Customization Limitations

Manual customization is limited to the scope of the purchased package. Major design changes or additional features beyond the package specifications will require an upgrade or separate quotation.

4. Revision Policy

AI-generated sites include one round of minor revisions within 48 hours of delivery. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

General Terms

1. Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing all text, images, logos, and other content. If content is delayed, we reserve the right to use placeholder content to meet project deadlines. This ensures timely delivery without compromising the development schedule.

2. Third-Party Costs

The client is responsible for all third-party costs including:

  • • Premium plugin licenses
  • • Premium theme licenses
  • • Hosting renewals (after free period)
  • • Domain renewals (after free period)
  • • Payment gateway fees
  • • SSL certificates (if not included)

3. Ownership Rights

Full ownership of the completed website and all associated assets is transferred to the client upon final payment clearance. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Mega E Services.

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on normal workflow. Delays caused by client-side factors (content provision, feedback delays, requirement changes) may extend delivery dates without penalty to Mega E Services.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and policies with reasonable notice. Existing projects will continue under the terms agreed at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mega E Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
